Welcome to Amarcord, a Fat Bed & Breakfast in Ravenna.
Nestled in the quiet Ravenna countryside within a late 19th-century farmhouse, the Amarcord Fat B&B welcomes you with the charm of the old country cottage, offering a comfortable environment for your stay.
Our B&B is located in an area known for its waters and thermal spas in the art city of Ravenna, a place rich in archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural value, strategically located a few kilometers from the golf courses of Cervia and various equestrian centers for horse riding enthusiasts. Lastly, from the garden, you can see Mirabilandia Park, with which we have had a wonderful collaboration for years.
Our guests will also have the opportunity to taste the typical local products thanks to the food and wine itineraries. In the surroundings of our property, you can find culture, sports, leisure, shopping, events, relaxation, and everything that enriches a vacation.
Double rooms are available for guests, with the possibility of an additional bed. All Bed & Breakfast Ravenna rooms have a private bathroom with a hairdryer.
The B&B rooms have WiFi internet connection, a safe, air conditioning, and for those who prefer traditional methods, ceiling fans are available to help cool the rooms on warm summer evenings.
The Amarcord Fat B&B offers guests rooms from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM (check-in time), while on the day of departure, please vacate the rooms by 10:00 AM (check-out time).

Our B&B and the Environment.
We firmly believe that improving the quality of the environment we live in is a fundamental element for the well-being of our guests. The farmhouse is equipped with various energy-saving systems, and the use of environmentally friendly products combined with a natural purification system allows us to minimize the pollution of our activities and promote awareness of the rational use of water and energy resources.
The scent of freshly baked bread, homemade pastries, and the aroma of coffee precede the breakfast served in a cozy veranda nestled in the green of the garden. The wide selection of organic jams and natural yogurts, fresh seasonal fruit, or, for those who prefer, a "savory" breakfast with cold cuts and cheeses, complete the offerings of the house.
The story might be a bit long, but if you can spare five minutes of your time, you will eventually discover where the name of the B&B "Amarcord un fat" comes from.
It's Sunday!
As I believe for all children, Sunday was a special day. Not only because we could sleep a little longer, but mainly because after a week of work and school, the whole family was finally reunited. During the nice season, I loved going around on my bike with my father towards the outskirts of the city on Sunday mornings. It was always the same route, but each time it had a new flavor, a small detail that made that walk different from the others. Instead, during the bad season, we would go towards the city center and it seemed like my father was known by everyone. There was always a greeting, a word, a joke with everyone.
When lunchtime approached, the journey back home finally began. Even that Sunday, we would return home late, but each time we would stop at the pastry shop to get some sweets.. it was Sunday! And I proudly held the package with my fingers in the loops of the string that tightly held it. We had finally arrived home!
Lunch was always a feast, but the best part came at the end when, inevitably, my father would start telling facts, stories, anecdotes from his childhood, his early years of work, his military service during World War II, pieces of his family's life. These were stories that were always the same, but each time they collected one more detail, a new comment. In short.. we always laughed until we cried. That was my Sunday spent with the family.
From these memories comes the desire to give this place a familiar atmosphere, where everyone can spend a few hours in tranquility and sit at a table with us to tell a story that they enjoy remembering.

Ideal for summer vacations, thanks to the proximity of the sea and the most famous seaside resorts such as Milano Marittima, Cesenatico, and Rimini, the bed and breakfast also offers the opportunity to enjoy the beauties of Ravenna, a beautiful city of art with its famous mosaics recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, but also Cesena and the entire inland area, Brisighella and Bertinoro, and the lesser-known aspects of Romagna culture.
For your entertainment and that of the little ones, Mirabilandia is only 5 kilometers away from us.
